Investigation of the Perceived Corporate Image and Organizational Commitment of Nurses and Midwives

This study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived corporate image and organizational commitment levels of nurses midwives working in a public hospital. A descriptive information form, Perceived Corporate Image Scale (based on Model Organizational Identification), Commitment Questionnaire were used collect data from sample 225 midwives. Data analyzed using numbers, percentages, means, internal consistency coefficients scales, t-test, analysis variance, Kruskal Wallis-H test, Mann-Whitney U Spearman’s correlation test. The results evaluated at 0.05 significance level. group had high mean score (3.32 ± 0.78), moderate scores organization (3.77 0.97), affective (3.97 1.34), continuance (3.86 1.13), low normative (3.49 1.34). There was moderately significant positive (r = 0.435), 0.423), 0.418). In today’s competitive environment, it is recommended focus studies increasing employees improving their maintain continuity healthcare services gain benefits.
